The Curiosity (キュリオシティ, Kyurioshiti) is a modified Glassius-class battle cruiser used by Space University [1][2].

Technology & Combat Characteristics[]
The Curiosity possessed active stealth and optical camouflage systems which performed so well that even people with technology 120 years in advance could not easily catch it on radar [1]. Whether or not these systems were present on other Glassius-class ships or the result of customization is unknown, though given that the Glassius-class's structure was easy to modify the latter seems likely [1].
History[]
Exactly when the Curiosity came into Space University's possession is unknown, though the ship class had been retired from the Imperial Fleet at least 30 years before the start of the War of Independence [1].
War of Independence (Novel-Only)[]
In the week before the end of the War of Independence, the Curiosity was carrying out research in the frontier regions. There, it encountered the present-day Bentenmaru and Odette II which had slipped back in time due to a space-time anomaly [1].
